Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email us with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Items must be unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Sale items and used personal-care products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
